Introduction
This project involved the development of a digital invitation email for TakeUp, created in partnership with Stash Rewards to promote an exclusive Lunch & Learn event for boutique hotel leaders in the Bay Area, San Francisco. The goal was to present smart strategies to boost revenue and guest loyalty through dynamic pricing and AI-driven tools, while positioning the event as a high-level, must-attend experience.
Challenge
The main challenge was to translate a strategic, high-value event into a concise and visually compelling digital communication, maintaining both the institutional tone and the brand sophistication of TakeUp. The design needed to balance clarity, hierarchy, and elegance while capturing the exclusivity of the event for an audience composed of hotel executives and decision-makers.
Solution
The final solution was built on a strategic, user-centered design approach, emphasizing visual hierarchy, modern typography, and refined white space. The project was developed in collaboration with the team at Dingus & Zazzy, ensuring alignment between strategy, design, and brand positioning. Every element—from structure to the call-to-action (“Secure Your Seat”)—was designed to drive engagement and reinforce TakeUp’s premium image. The result is an elegant, conversion-focused email that combines brand value and visual excellence, delivering a seamless invitation experience consistent with the event’s strategic purpose.
